We purchase and cook whole live fresh fish after exchanging information with suppliers in Tsukiji and Toyosu about what has come up at the auction that day.I don't think you'll find such freshness and flavor anywhere else, even in the Shinjuku area.The course includes 300 different types of sake, which are changed throughout the year according to the season, allowing you to enjoy seasonal drinks.
