"Kaiho Carpaccio" is lavishly decorated with sea urchin and oysters, and "Five kinds of fresh fish caught that morning" is made up of fresh fish procured that day.Choose from three main dishes to brighten up your winter feast: shabu-shabu, featuring fatty winter yellowtail in a fragrant broth; a delicious special monkfish hotpot; and Kaiho hotpot (commonly known as "gout hotpot"), a luxurious stew of sea urchin, oysters, soft roe, and monkfish liver.This special winter course is perfect for small dinners.
