• Course usage: 2-hour limit (excluding the 10,000 yen course)

Last orders are taken 30 minutes before closing time.

• The time will be counted from your reservation time (even if you arrive late, the end time cannot be changed).

If you wish to use the facilities for more than two hours, please contact us by phone in advance.

■ Requests regarding the food

Regarding allergy accommodations: Due to safety concerns and cooking process constraints, we are unable to accommodate individual allergy requests or ingredient changes during the busy December period.

Regarding changes to course content: We generally cannot accept individual changes or requests regarding course content.We appreciate your understanding.

■ Regarding changes and cancellations

- Entire cancellation/reduction of 5 or more people: Up to 7 days in advance

- Reduction of 4 people or less: Up to 5 days in advance

[Cancellation fee after the deadline]

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation without prior notice, your reservation may be automatically cancelled.
