■ Regarding the duration of your seating

Course usage: 2-hour limit

Last orders are taken 30 minutes before closing time.

• The time will be counted from your reservation time.

If you wish to use the facilities for more than two hours, please contact us by phone in advance.

■ Requests regarding the food

Regarding allergy accommodations: Due to safety concerns and cooking process constraints, we are unable to accommodate individual allergy requests or ingredient changes during the busy December period.

Regarding changes to course content: We generally cannot accept individual changes or requests regarding course content.

■ Regarding changes and cancellations

- Entire cancellation/reduction of 5 or more people: Up to 7 days in advance

- Reduction of 4 people or less: Up to 5 days in advance

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation without prior notice, your reservation may be automatically cancelled.
